Jollibee has launched its new hand-breaded chicken tenders nationwide, made from 100% all-white meat chicken tenderloins and seasoned with the brand’s signature blend of spices. 

Each tender is hand-battered and breaded fresh in-store, creating a crispy, golden coating.

The tenders come with Jollibee’s Signature Tender Sauce, a creamy, tangy-sweet dip designed to enhance their savory flavor. 

The menu item has gained widespread attention and praise on social media, with customers highlighting its juicy texture and bold seasoning. 

The tenders have drawn comparison from fans to other popular fast-food chains, such as ‘Raising Cane’s’ and ‘Dave’s Hot Chicken’, with many calling them a “must-try.”

This launch is part of Jollibee’s ongoing efforts to expand its U.S. presence by introducing new menu items while keeping its commitment to flavor.

California has introduced the nation’s first Southeast Asian Studies Model Curriculum to provide K-12 educators with resources on the unique histories and contributions of Vietnamese, Cambodian, Hmong, and other Southeast Asian American communities. 

This new “people-focused” curriculum focuses on the cultural resilience, systemic struggles, and accomplishments of Southeast Asian Americans, often overshadowed by a focus on war and genocide.

It includes lesson plans, primary sources, and teaching strategies to promote cultural understanding and celebration.

Developed in response to legislation, the curriculum is optional but available to all teachers, allowing them to integrate Southeast Asian American studies into classrooms.

This initiative marks a major step in amplifying the unique experiences of Southeast Asians and educating younger generations in the state.

G-Dragon, the renowned leader of K-pop group Big Bang, is set to make a highly anticipated return with his third studio album, ‘Übermensch’, scheduled for release on February 25, 2025.
