11-year-old Hu Zihan from China has gone viral after saving a choking woman at a hotpot restaurant on August 8.

The woman struggled to breathe after swallowing tapioca pearls, and while others panicked, the young girl intervened with a steady composure that has impressed millions in the world.

The woman had taken a drink to ease the spiciness of her meal when the pearls blocked her airway.

She tried to signal for the Heimlich manoeuvre, but no one understood. Staff attempted back pats, yet nothing worked as precious seconds passed and her breathing grew more desperate.

Sitting at the next table was Hu Zihan, an 11-year-old who immediately recognized the danger.

Acting quickly, Hu rushed over, wrapped her arms around the woman, and performed the Heimlich manoeuvre. After 30 seconds, she finally expelled three tapioca pearls.

Hu, a young volunteer with the ‘Liaoning Red Cross Society,’ had learned the life-saving technique only a week earlier on August 1.

Her quick action and calm bravery have since captured millions of hearts across China and beyond.

After 30 years of searching, a mother in China finally reunited with her son named Li Jian, who vanished at age three while riding his tricycle.

Their reunion, brought an emotional close to a decades-long search marked by heartbreak.

In 1989, 3-year-old Li Jian was riding his small tricycle outside his home in Changzhi, Shanxi Province, when he disappeared without a trace.

Police later found him, brought him to the station, and his future adoptive father took him home to raise.

Meanwhile, his biological parents never stopped searching. They spent days and months looking, posting missing-person notices across towns, and sharing updates in newspapers and on the radio.

Later, they turned to social media platforms like TikTok, hoping their son might one day see their messages.

For decades, no news emerged, leaving the family torn between hope and sorrow. The loss took a heavy toll on his father, who blamed himself relentlessly.

He turned to alcohol, which destroyed his health and ultimately led to his death more than ten years ago.

Father Goes Viral Crying After Son He Tutored for a Year Scores 6/100 on Math Exam

A father in China went viral after breaking down in tears upon learning his son scored 6 out of 100 on a math exam.

It was revealed that the man had been staying up late at night to tutor his son. In the now-viral video, he wipes his own tears while his wife laughs at the heartbreaking yet oddly funny scene.

What made the story even more surprising was the boy’s past performance. Before his father took over tutoring, his scores typically ranged from 40–50 points up to 80–90 points.

“I don’t care anymore, my efforts are wasted. Let him struggle by himself,” the father reportedly said.

The moment struck a nerve online, with many sympathizing with the father’s year-long dedication and emotional breakdown.

His son’s sudden drop to 6 points sparked debates about stress, burnout, and whether the father’s tutoring methods may have backfired, turning a sincere effort into an unexpected viral moment.
