This 12-Year-Old in California Just Graduated From College With Five Degrees

12-year-old Clovis Hung became the youngest individual ever to earn five degrees from Fullerton College in California this past weekend.
Hung, who was just 9-years-old when he enrolled in the college, graduated with five Associate of Arts degrees in History, Social Sciences, Social Behavior and Self-Development, Arts and Human Expression, and Science and Mathematics.
“I feel proud of myself. Hard work has finally paid off,” Hung said in a statement released by Fullerton College.
His first class at the school came in 2020, a class on world civilizations.
Hung told the school’s publication, “After that first history class, I found out I could handle it well and instantly fell in love with college life. So, I challenged myself to take more classes.”
His future plans include taking more STEM-related courses at the college until he’s ready to apply to four-year universities while also working towards obtaining his pilot license which he aims to achieve by age 16.
