U.S. Embassy in Japan Surprises Shohei Ohtani With A Joke Visa For His Dog

The U.S. Ambassador for Japan, Rahm Emanuel, surprised Shohei Ohtani with a supersize fake visa for his dog, Decoy.
Emanuel posted photos of the visit on social media with the embassy saying it occurred recently when Ohtani was back in Tokyo.
It shows a photo of the dog, whose Japanese name is Dekopin, and shows the canine has dual American and Japanese citizenry.
