South Korea is launching a new visa, known as the Hallyu visa or “K-culture training visa,” specifically for fans of South Korean culture.
The visa will permit non-Koreans enrolled at local performing arts academies to stay in the country for up to two years.
The Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism is driving this initiative, committing to support young international artists and writers.
