Bottles of Sriracha are being sold for as much as $70 amid the ongoing supply shortage.

Huy Fong Foods, the company behind the iconic chili sauce, has been warning since 2020 that shortages of chili pepper inventory were sparking shortages of the sauce, with the company announcing an even more severe shortage in June of last year. Single 28 ounce bottles of the sauce have now been listed for as much as $70.

A spokesperson for Huy Fong has confirmed that they have no estimations for when the shortage will end.
