BTS has made history as the first artist to win the award for ‘Favorite Pop Duo or Group’ at the American Music Awards four times.
They were previously tied with Daryl Hall & John Oates, Aerosmith, Black Eyed Peas and One Direction with three wins.
BTS also won the newly-created ‘Favorite K-Pop Artist’ category. Also nominated in the category were BLACKPINK, SEVENTEEN, TXT, and TWICE.
