Arooj Aftab made history as the first ever Pakistani singer to win a Grammy award at this year’s ceremony.
The Brooklyn-based vocalist won in the category of ‘Best Global Performance’ for her song ‘Mohabbat’. She also earned a nomination in the category of ‘Best New Artist’.
